* We apologise to our USA customers but we cannot ship to the USA due to the tariffs and the complications these bring with our postal service. We hope to be shipping to the USA again soon. *
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
UK - Import VAT is included in the sale price. You will have no charges due when you buy from us at delivery.
REST OF WORLD - We are not liable for any taxes/import fees/tariffs that your country may place on your order when delivered so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We understand that as we sell Vintage items, sometimes they don't fit as perfect as you would have hoped!
If you have purchased from us using ClearPay payments we offer a 14 day full return policy. If you wish to return your item and have used the ClearPay payment method then please get in contact with us via email within 14 days of receiving your item and we can offer a full refund.
For all other orders (full upfront via paypal/credit/debit card) we only accept returns in exchange for store credit as long as we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return your item in exchange for store credit please email us.
Once your return is received in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will email you with a gift card for the price of your order minus any original postage costs incurred by you. (Unless you paid via Clearpay when a full refund will be issued.)
To return your item, please contact us first by emailing us at desertfoxcollective@outlook.com and we will tell you where to send your item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged when it was sent to you.
