Q: Why is there only one of each item?
We sell mostly Vintage clothing which we source by hand here in the South of France. Vintage items are one of a kind items from past decades. They are likely to show some signs of wear. Usually there is only ever one of that item that we can find so once it's gone it's gone for ever! We list the Vintage condition of the items on our descriptions. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship everywhere around the world. You can find our prices for delivery HERE. We also do free worldwide shipping when you spend over £40.
Please note that we ship from France so delivery times vary but the post here is super quick and Carbon neutral so yay! 


Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns in exchange for store credit unless you paid via ClearPay. Please see our full returns policy HERE.

Q. Can't find what you're looking for?
Email us at desertfoxcollective@outlook.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Most emails are answered within an hour.


Q. Do you work with influencers?
We are always on the look out for new people to collab with so if you love our brand and think we could create something magical together then feel free to email us over at desertfoxcollective@outlook.com 


Q. My item hasn't come yet?
From 21/09/18 we now send all parcels via La Poste tracked service so if you have ordered after this date then please check your tracking number on your order update page. You can track your order HERE around 48 hours after you have been notified that your order has been updated with tracking information.

If you ordered before 21/09/18 and you didn't choose tracked postage then please email us and we can see if we can help.

Sadly we cannot take responsibility for orders that are lost or undelivered once it leaves our hands. All our orders have our return address on so if your order has not turned up then it should be returned to us and if this is the case then we will contact you and you will be fully refunded.
