Orders are being taken to the post office up to twice a week and all safety precautions are taken for this.
All orders are sent with a tracking number which can be tracked on the La Poste website - (https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/en/track-a-parcel) and then the tracking will be updated when it is scanned in the destination country. You can then use your local country postal website to track your order.
- EU deliveries are working at a nearly normal speed.
- Non-EU deliveries are also returned to nearly normal speed.
- Rest of World deliveries (Including the US and Australia) may still have delays due to the fact that the air mail system is still running on a reduced service, but please be patient as orders are still being delivered.
Please check your individual country restrictions for parcels coming into your country as we cannot be held responsible for individual country restrictions when shipping our orders out.
