Returns
We understand that as we sell Vintage items, sometimes they do not fit once you have tried them on. We are very happy to refund items as long as you contact us within 7 working days days of receiving your item. We cannot accept returns on items when it has been longer than 7 working days since you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items bought with a discount code cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping
To return your item, please contact us first by emailing us at desertfoxcollective@outlook.com and we will tell you where to send your item.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
