We understand that as we sell Vintage items, sometimes they don't fit as perfect as you would have hoped!
If you have purchased from us using ClearPay payments we offer a 14 day full return policy. If you wish to return your item and have used the ClearPay payment method then please get in contact with us via email within 14 days of receiving your item and we can offer a full refund.
For all other orders (full upfront via paypal/credit/debit card) we only accept returns in exchange for store credit as long as we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return your item in exchange for store credit please email us.
Once your return is received in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will email you with a gift card for the price of your order minus any original postage costs incurred by you. (Unless you paid via Clearpay when a full refund will be issued.)
To return your item, please contact us first by emailing us at desertfoxcollective@outlook.com and we will tell you where to send your item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged when it was sent to you.

SHIPPING PRICES
EUROPE (EU & NON EU) - Standard Tracked - £6.75 or FREE when you spend over £60.
REST OF WORLD - Standard Tracked - £13.75 or FREE when you spend over £80.
All our parcels are sent from France via La Poste.
All packages from are sent tracked as standard.
All customs and VAT duties are the responsibility of the buyer. This now includes the UK as it is no longer an EU country.
- Your tracking information will be sent via email once your parcel has been sent, please check your junk folder as it can sometimes go there by mistake!
- Your item will only be trackable in the destination country post service website when it has been scanned in the destination country.
- You can track your order before it arrives in the destination country on the La poste website here - https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/en/track-a-parcel but please be aware it will be in French.
- Once your parcel has been scanned in the destination country you can track your parcel using the same tracking number on your local post office website.

At Desert Fox, we accept full liability for the care of your order until it has been turned over to the shipping company La Poste, at which point any lost or undelivered orders need to be claimed through La Poste or your local postal service.
