COVID 19 UPDATE (8/4/20)
We are still currently open and taking new orders.
Orders are being taken to the post office up to twice a week and all safety precautions are taken for this.
As we are based in France, any international orders may have delays due to our French Postal Service being on a reduced service and depending on individual country restrictions.
All orders are sent with a tracking number which can be tracked on La Poste (
website and then the tracking will be updated when it is scanned in the destination country.

FREE WORLDWIDE TRACKED POSTAGE when you spend £40 or over!
All our parcels are sent from France via La Poste.
All packages from 19/09/18 will now be send tracked as standard.
We hope this will give you peace of mind about where your order is once it has been shipped by us and to give you a better service from us at Desert Fox.
Your tracking information will be sent via email once your parcel has been sent.
You can the link below to track your parcel, please note your tracking number may not be updated until a day or two after being sent.

Please note -
Our main postal service La Poste has from January 1st 2018 inflated postage
prices. With this in mind we have had to change our pricing of shipping options
and prices to reflect this. We always want to give our customers the best price so
be sure to see if you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING with the minimum spends

We understand that as we sell Vintage items, sometimes they don't fit as perfect as you would have hoped!
If you have purchased from us using ClearPay payments we offer a 14 day full return policy. If you wish to return your item and have used the ClearPay payment method then please get in contact with us via email within 14 days of receiving your item and we can offer a full refund.
For all other orders (full upfront via paypal/credit/debit card) we only accept returns in exchange for store credit. If you wish to return your item in exchange for store credit please email us.
Once your return is received in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will email you with a gift card for the price of your order minus any original postage costs incurred by you. (Unless you paid via Clearpay when a full refund will be issued.)
To return your item, please contact us first by emailing us at email@example.com and we will tell you where to send your item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged when it was sent to you.
